What Information We Collect
Information Collected Automatically
We and the third-party services listed in this policy (Firebase Analytics, Google AdMob, Google Play Services, Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing) automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- Device id
- Ip address
- Device model
- Os version
- App version
- Language locale
Financial & Purchase Data
Payments are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We never see, collect, or store your payment card details — the app store handles all billing, refunds, and receipt processing. We only receive an anonymized confirmation that a purchase was completed.

How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your personal information as long as it is needed: your game progress stays on your device until you use Reset save file in Settings or delete the app, and analytics data sent to Google Analytics for Firebase is deleted automatically after no more than 14 months, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
How We Keep Your Information Safe
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We employ the following measures:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence.
Your data may be stored in: US.
Where we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other approved transfer mechanisms.
iCloud Backup (iOS)
If you have enabled iCloud Backup on your iOS device, on-device data generated by Idle Snake may be included in that backup. iCloud backups are stored and handled by Apple and are governed by Apple's privacy policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). We do not have access to your iCloud backups.
Your Privacy Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

- Delete your data via in-app settings, email request
- Export your data via not currently available
You can opt out of:
- tracking and analytics (via in-app settings, your device settings)
We will notify you of policy changes via a revised "Last Updated" date on this page.
